After your initial documentation has been received, your IPR employment consultant will undertake a job search on your behalf. This process can be quick or short and varies in complexity depending on the type of job that you are "short-listed" for.
You'll be presented with some job options and interviews will be arranged. Should you be successful in your interview, we'll need to proceed to securing the job for you right away. The steps are as follows:
- IPR will send out your offer of employment (your employment contract). You will need to read it over and address any questions or concerns with your IPR Employment Consultant.
- Once you're satisfied with the contract you'll need to fax in a copy of the signed contract to IPR's office.
- If you haven't already sent in your documents for Visa processing you will need to send them in to IPR for immediate 1st Stage Visa Processing.
- IPR will process your documents & send them to South Korea for 2nd Stage Visa Processing.
- The processing of your visa in Korea can take anywhere from 10-20 days depending on the time of year and that immigration office that you are assigned to. Once you have been approved by Korean Immigration you will be assigned a Visa Issuance Number (VIN) - which the authorizes the Korean Embassy/Consulate to issue your Visa
- You'll then have to undertake 3rd Stage Visa Processing with the Korean Embassy/Consulate that deals with your assigned area. This is when your visa is finalized and your passport will be stamped.
- Once your Visa is under process with the Korean Embassy/Consulate, your flight reservations will be made, and you will be ready for the final phase of the process - Departure!
Should you have any questions or concerns or are having problems with the above noted process please Contact IPR and we'll be sure to assist.
